I downloaded the full dxcpldirectx11emulatorexe to run an older game that required DX11 on a system with only partial native support. The emulator did its job – after placing the files in the game’s root folder and running the dxcpl.exe GUI, I could force WARP (software rendering) and emulate feature level 11_0.
