Each language has its own (string table) file. These .stbl files live inside the game’s packages or mod .package files. When you install a mod, it usually includes STBL files for the languages the creator supports.

After a game update, you click on a Sim or an object, and the pie menu shows —just empty green or blue bubbles. This happens because the string table keys in your mod no longer match the game’s internal hash list. You need an UPD string table. Each language has its own (string table) file
