The activation code will no longer work. Contact Faronics support with proof of purchase and your old request code (if available). They can deactivate the old ID and allow a fresh activation.

Yes, if the motherboard and CPU remain the same. Cloning the drive preserves activation. A clean Windows install on the same hardware may require re-activation (same request code should work).
