If you are trying to bypass this message to open your files faster, you can disable the feature through the program's settings: Disable Assistive Support Edit > Preferences > Accessibility and uncheck "Enable assistive technology support" Change Reading Options : Navigate to Edit > Preferences > Reading

Keep in mind that Adobe Reader 9.3.3 is an older version, and Adobe may not provide ongoing support or updates for it. If you're looking for a more recent version, I recommend checking out Adobe Acrobat Reader DC, which offers more advanced features and continuous updates. Adobe Reader 9.3.3
