We analyzed 30 YouTube videos (2006–2023) tagged “GTA SA President Mod,” 8 forum threads on GTAForums.com and Reddit’s r/GTAmods, and 150 unique comments. Using thematic analysis, we identified three dominant interpretive frames: (1) absurdist humor, (2) critical political commentary, and (3) power fantasy inversion.
