If you were banned unfairly (admin abuse), changing your ID is a temporary band-aid. It is better to appeal the ban on the server's Discord or forum, or simply find a different server. There are thousands of CS 1.6 servers; finding one with fair admins is better than playing cat-and-mouse with a power-tripping admin.
